It has been an uneventful day – except that I was immersed in paperwork/accounting – my least favourite thing on the planet – which boils down to…I would like nothing more than to go home and pour myself a nice glass of wine.  That however is big fat no in my detox plan and I’ve already been less than good today.

Here’s my menu for the day:

Breakfast:
Müssli with sliced bananas and 1/2 cup 1% milk
Milima

Lunch:
Sushi (no this was not a good idea as I chose to have sushi not sashimi – that means I had a ton of white rice – detox required whole grain – but somehow I didn’t think the sushi chef was going to comply)
Genmaicha (this instigated the sushi craving)

Snack:
5 almonds

Dinner:
Vegetable stir fry fajita – using whole wheat flax tortillas
Want:  WINE
Will have:  Jasmine Dragon Tears – at least its an indulgence
