The Tea Emporium is unable to exchange or refund the purchase of any loose leaf tea or any of our food products. We grant only exchanges or store credits with any tea accessory product you are not satisfied with. You must notify us of your return or exchange at info@theteaemporium.com, or at 416-488-4061 within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment in order to issue an exchange or store credit. We will gladly issue a store credit or exchange the product once it is shipped back to us and received, provided that it is in the original packaging, is unused, and is in re-saleable condition.
