Ti Guan Yin

Premium grade Oolong tea from the Fujian province. Legend says that the Iron Goddess of Mercy appeared to a farmer in a dream and told him to look in a cave behind the temple – there the farmer found a tea shoot which he cultivated. Very light musty taste – pale green, yellow. Good for two infusions.
